I've been bombarded with useless live help requests!
It's more than enough. Most of the time, I get asked stuff, which are just PLAIN INAPPROPRIATE.
This was a while ago, but a girl (level 72 as well!) asked me if I had my period and if I did, she wanted to me talk about it. o___O
I said "..." and left, obviously.
Most of the time, I get asked stuff like "whats dat smiley i want 1" or "add me plzze" or "wnna go out".

~ Everytime someone requests live help, a few coins gets deducted from their balance. Not a lot though, 100 or 500 coins may/should be deducted. That way, noobs ain't going to mess with the help button. Because, they start off with 100 coins and it'd take a while to earn some.
Also, a lot of people just end up going there to "help" the noob who doesn't even NEED help. They poof after requesting live help. Frustrating much?
So, when someone asks for help and they lose 500 coins, you lose it also, for offering to help.
Good idea or bad idea?
This way, I *think* misuse of the help button will decrease a bit, and the noob problem will reside.

i agree with your idea..even im not a helper..but ive once saw someone asking "how to find true love?" to the helper. and then he flirted with the helper. obviously just like making fun of them.

I know.
I hate useless questions, it wastes my time and it also crashes my browser.
If someone wants help, I'm only willing to do it for real questions that have a meaning to it.

I agree. I am a volunteer and I only got 3 real questions of all of the requests I got!!

only thing is, as you said, noobs only have like 100 coins or something, but they are the people who probs need the most help :\

yeah we do,
i don't mind doing it when they actually HAVE a question

like this one girl kept requesting help until someone would give her gems. there was like 5 volunteers there and she just kept requesting help >.<

Yeah, I got your idea.
I posted something like how to avoid misuse of the live help button.
Cause I got like half of my help for nonsense.
I mean I love to really help people but then they are just making things just to mess up with the helper coming.

There is going to be a very nice solution for this, ourWorld id working on a automatic helper, until then the volunteers should help no matter how annoying the noobs and the preeves could be, and until this automatic help it being done, no voulenteers are needed. It means ur Volunteer request will be denied these few weeks while the automatic help is done.

I totally agree with this idea, I received a request from a level 71 girl, and she started to say that she will eat me , and that stuff

maybe with this, people will think twice before request live help .

Ummm.... I don't think paying for help would... help.
What if someone has no coins (or they don't want to spend them) and needs to ask something?
Maybe there should be a limit like 5 "helps" per day.

I dont think WE should get 100-500 coins taken away from helping... We should most likely be rewarded with 100-500 coins, rather than taken away. Volunteers don't get anything or anything taken away....

huh,i am not sure about this...
There are some people-noobs who really need help. They might not have enough coins. Ok,I know that what they ask all the time is "why do you have this smiley in your name?? " but that's a question too,and we must give them an answer,right??
It might stop some people,but not all of them... It's just 100 coins :/
