What if we can buy and hold balloons......
Wouldn't that be so cute? :3
And maybe for the residents they can have a pattern on their balloon while tourists only have plain colors.
Do you agree?
And I am a tourist so I don't have anything against them I just think it would be more fair for residents to get an extra 'boost'.

@XxCxi BritneyxX- It isnt babyish and it isn't stupid! If you don't like the idea you don't have to say those things just simply say 'I don't like them'. Saying 'stupid and babyish' is mean. And your signature is way to long! It took me awhile to read the other comments.

I would buy like five balloons in all different colors but theres one bad thing about it that I can thing of, it is that the air space will get crowded with floating balloons everywhere lol
