You have to get through all the little level things, at the bottom. It's a little progress bar, it has 1, 2, 3, and a little dancing person. Fill the progress bar on the last level, then a pop up will pop up (<--lol). Complete it flawlessly and hurriedly. If you complete it without messing up, and within the time limit (about 3 seconds), you'll get a move!

I went through the pop-ups. None of them gave me genie.

It took forever for me to get it too. (But lucky for me, that was back when Dance Planet was easy.) Ultimately, it's all about patience, trying different songs, and trying to get 5 perfect's in a row as often as possible.
